Dear Industrial Partner,
The 2024 IEEE Nuclear Science Symposium, Medical Imaging Conference and International Symposium on Room-Temperature Semiconductor Detectors (2024 IEEE NSS MIC RTSD) will take place in Tampa, Florida from October 26th to November 2nd, 2024. This joint conference has historically been one of the largest and most important technical meetings in the field of radiation detection instrumentation and signal processing for high energy physics, medical imaging, photon science, space applications, homeland security, and much more. It always attracts the active participation of an international group of world-class scientists and engineers who present their most recent research results and attend advanced workshops and courses. It will provide an exceptional opportunity for you to showcase your newest products and services and we hope you can join us there.
We are hoping that most conference attendees will be able to attend in person. We are however also planning a hybrid component for those that may not be able to travel to Tampa. Currently, we are able to offer 10 ft x 10 ft (3,04 m ×3,04 m) booths.
To allow the NSS, MIC, and RTSD communities ample time to visit with you, the exhibits will be open from Tuesday lunch through Thursday afternoon, with time on Monday afternoon and Tuesday morning to set up your booth and on Thursday evening and Friday morning to dismantle it. To further enhance your networking opportunities with the attendees, a “Happy Hour” reception will be held in the exhibits area on Tuesday evening.
You should not miss the opportunity to further increase your visibility to the scientific community by participating in the Exhibitor Technical Sessions. These will be held in conference rooms adjacent to the main session rooms during the time of the exhibition. Your presentations should be aimed at providing basic technical information on the usage and/or performance of a product or service. These presentations will be fully integrated with the main conference program. The presentations may be submitted on the conference website. The time slot can be selected. Don’t be left out!
On behalf of the 2024 NSS MIC RTSD Organizing Committee and its General Chair, Lorenzo Fabris, I invite you to take part in this unique opportunity to present your products and to network with our world-class scientific and technical communities. Your active participation is crucial for the success of this meeting and we thank you for your continued support through your attendance. We look forward to seeing you in Tampa.

Sponsor a student
The conference attracts the scientific leaders in the field as well as acting as a stimulus to the next generation of scientists who will shape the future of the field. The conference organizers particularly wish to encourage the participation of young researchers from across the international community and to support their attendance at the meeting. To achieve this, we urge you to act as a sponsor for the meeting.
Students interested in participating in the conference may apply for support. Students who are selected will receive support to help cover conference-related expenses such as registration and tuition fees. Custom support opportunities are welcome and would be happy to receive USD 600 per student or whatever is possible.
In addition we provide support for exceptional young researchers from specific countries or regions. This might include travel and conference related expenses and we request USD 1,000 per individual but again, any support offered is gratefully appreciated.
If you or your organization are interested in sponsoring, please contact the committee at nssmic2024@ieee.org
