Not an IEEE member yet?

To become an IEEE member before registering for the conference, please visit:

Experience shows that activation of a new IEEE membership takes approximately 48-72h. Therefore, if you sign up for a new IEEE membership, allow at least 48 hours before registering to the conference. The electronic verification of your new membership during your registration to the conference may fail otherwise. Please keep this in mind, especially if you are registering for the conference at the end of the early bird deadlines.

Conference attendees who paid non-member registration fees are eligible for a $25 discount towards a regular (non-student) 2025 IEEE membership. It is important to note that the new membership includes a free NPSS membership when applied for at the time of registration, courtesy of NPSS.

Students joining at the conference can receive a one year free membership by providing a full-time student status confirmation from their supervisor. Online access to the Transactions on Nuclear Science and Transactions on Plasma Science journals, as well as the NPSS newsletter are included with NPSS membership.

Note that new membership obtained at the Conference site does not provide eligibility for reduced IEEE member registration fees.
