The Exhibitor’s Reception will be held Tuesday, 29th October, 18:00-19:30
The 2019 IEEE NSS-MIC & 24th RTSD Exhibitors’ Reception will be held in the Central Hall 1 from 6:00 to 7:30 pm on Tuesday October 29. In a slight departure from recent meetings, this event will be styled as a ‘Happy Hour’, somewhat earlier and shorter than usual, so as not to interfere with your dinner plans. It will be a great opportunity to relax, check out the exhibits and connect with friends and colleagues before heading out for the evening. Complimentary beer, wine and light snacks will be available. Please join us!
Coffee breaks on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday will be in the exhibit area. Tables and chairs will be there for you to relax with friends.
The Conference Reception will be held Wednesday, 30th October, 19:00-22:00
Join us for the Conference Reception on Wednesday evening in the front part of the Central Hall in the Conference Centre. This complimentary event will feature dinner and drinks for all attendees and their companions. Enjoy the relaxing and fun atmosphere under the grand arch of the old Central Station while meeting with other colleagues and making new friends.
